Abstract:RESUMO-O molho de soja é muito usado em iguarias e seu elevado consumo pode causar hipertensão, uma doença causada pelo consumo de grande quantidade diária de sódio, sendo que o recomendado são dois gramas. Se não tratada, essa doença pode se agravar, gerando problemas cardiovasculares com maior frequência, inclusive levar a óbito.
