Abstract: Autismus-Spektrum-Störungen (ASS) weisen einen deutlichen Anstieg der Diagnosehäufigkeit in den letzten Jahren auf. Zudem wird eine immer größere Vielfalt von komorbiden Störungen diskutiert (u. a. ADHS, Angststörungen). Die differentialdiagnostische Unterscheidung von ASS und anderen psychischen Störungen ist komplex.
