Abstract: Head and Neck Surgery the patient's death. I realize that individual circumstances predicate the managements of difficult patients, but careful reviews of tissue biopsies should have been done before the patient's extensive sinus surgery. This is especially true for any patient with similar circumstances who does poorly and tissue pathology is seemingly nondiagnostic.
