Abstract: Die aktuelle Ausgabe der „Mitteilungen der Vereinigung Österreichischer Bibliothekarinnen und Bibliothekare“ (Mitteilungen der VÖB) ist dem Schwerpunktthema Austrian Transition to Open Access, einem Hochschulraumstrukturmittelprojekt mit der Laufzeit 2017 bis 2020 gewidmet, an dem alle 21 öffentlichen Universitäten in Österreich beteiligt sind.
