Auditing of Medical Chart Among Type 2 Diabetic Patient Done by Primary Care Physicians

Abstract: FMT recorded a higher number of metabolic parameters for macrovascular risk factors (BG, BP and BMI) than microvascular risk factors (HbA1c, foot exam and urinoanalisis) which are were better controlling by PAT teams.

“…Th us, the TSH level was higher than normal in 47% of patients who required less than 100 μgl thyroxine daily, and lower in 24% of patients.
