Atypical Adenomatous Hyperplasia of the Lung: Implications for the Pathogenesis of Peripheral Lung Adenocarcinoma

Abstract: Bronchioloalveolar lung carcinoma (BAC) exhibits many features that distinguish it from bronchogenic carcinomas. For early detection, therapy, and prevention of BAC, it is essential to understand its pathogenesis.
