Atopic dermatitis management with topical corticosteroids in children: own observations

Abstract: Atopic dermatitis is the most common chronic inflammatory skin disease in children, that significantly affects quality of life. Clinical manifestations are genetically determined and caused by skin barrier dysfunction and development of immune reactions. Atopic dermatitis is characterized by early onset, recurrence, and presence of treatment resistant forms.
