Technological developments have had a significant impact on financial risk management. In this context, the application of artificial intelligence, the use of data analytics, and the role of blockchain technology are the main focus for increasing efficiency and accuracy in managing financial risks. This study aims to analyze technology-based financial risk management strategies with a focus on the application of artificial intelligence, the use of data analytics, and the role of blockchain technology. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a literature study as a research method. The data used comes from the results of previous research and studies that are related to technology-based financial risk management. This study found that technology-based financial risk management provides advantages in the form of operational efficiency, cost savings, and increased accuracy in risk analysis. However, challenges such as data security and privacy and the complexity of technology system integration must be overcome. In developing an effective technology-based risk management strategy, companies need to increase organizational understanding and awareness, develop a supportive regulatory framework, and conduct human resource skills training. Collaboration, continuous evaluation, and a sustainable approach are also keys to success in optimizing the use of technology in managing financial risks.

Threshold signature is a fundamental cryptographic primitive used in many practical applications. As proposed by Boneh and Komlo (CRYPTO'22), TAPS is a threshold signature that is a hybrid of privacy and accountability. It enables a combiner to combine t signature shares while revealing nothing about the threshold t or signing quorum to the public and asks a tracer to track a signature to the quorum that generates it. However, TAPS has three disadvantages: it 1) structures upon a centralized model, 2) assumes that both combiner and tracer are honest, and 3) leaves the tracing unnotarized and static.In this work, we introduce Decentralized, Threshold, dynamically Accountable and Private Signature (DeTAPS) that provides decentralized combining and tracing, enhanced privacy against untrusted combiners (tracers), and notarized and dynamic tracing. Specifically, we adopt Dynamic Threshold Public-Key Encryption (DTPKE) to dynamically notarize the tracing process, design non-interactive zero knowledge proofs to achieve public verifiability of notaries, and utilize the Key-Aggregate Searchable Encryption to bridge TAPS and DTPKE so as to awaken the notaries securely and efficiently. In addition, we formalize the definitions and security requirements for DeTAPS. Then we present a concrete construction and formally prove its security and privacy. To evaluate the performance, we build a prototype based on SGX2 and Ethereum.

The traditional centralized power trading model suffers from high maintenance costs, low processing efficiency and unsynchronized information, and it cannot adapt to the high-frequency and small-dollar distributed energy trading scenario. To address the above issues, we propose Trust-DETM, a model for the implementation of distributed energy trading based on a trusted execution environment. First, we introduce a reputation metric mechanism and propose a transaction matching algorithm based on the reputation metric to achieve the accurate matching of transaction objects. Secondly, as the distributed energy trading model lacks an effective trust mechanism, we propose a commitment scheme based on smart contracts and a trusted execution environment to solve the trust problem between producers and consumers. Finally, we conduct a comprehensive experimental evaluation of the efficiency of Trust-DETM. Through comparative experiments, we find that Trust-DETM achieves trade matching and trusted execution in a lower simultaneous running time than comparable distributed trading models.
