Association of Maryland Global Budget Revenue With Spending and Outcomes Related to Surgical Care for Medicare Beneficiaries With Cancer

Abstract: IMPORTANCEIn 2014, Maryland initiated the global budget revenue (GBR) model, placing caps on total hospital expenditures across all care sites.
