Association Mapping of Effective Leaf Rust Resistance Genes in Collection of Winter Wheat

Abstract: Streszczenie. Rdza brunatna wywoływana przez Puccinia triticina przyczynia się do zmniejszenia plonu pszenicy na świecie. Opracowanie technologii sekwencjonowania następnej generacji (NGS) pozwala na skanowanie genotypów. Wybrane markery zasocjowane z cechami istotnymi rolniczo mogą być wykorzystane do selekcji genomowej.
