Assessment of the Quality of Nursing Care From Perspectives of Nurses Who Experienced Hospitalization as Patients

Abstract: Nurses as patients or caregivers evaluated their care differently than nonnurses. A qualitative design with content analysis was used to provide an assessment of the quality of nursing care by examining nurses' perceptions as recipients of care.
