Assessment of the culture of safety in public hospitals in Brazil

Abstract: Objective: to assess the culture of safety in three public hospitals.Method: transversal study undertaken in three Brazilian public hospitals, with health professionals through applying the Safety Attitudes Questionnaire (SAQ).
