Abstract:Studies were conducted to assess the morphophysiological indicators of sturgeon breeders in the conditions of the cage complex. It was found that a common feature for first–time mature beluga females raised in artificial conditions are relatively low values of eggs’ fertilization — 65,3±1,3%, with the number of eggs in 1 g — 46,0 pieces, in contrast to domesticated females where the indicators of eggs’ fertilization were higher by 27,1%.
