This study considers the task of applying artificial intelligence to recognize bank fraud. In recent years, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, bank fraud has become even more common due to the massive transition of many operations to online platforms and the creation of many charitable funds that criminals can use to deceive users. The present work focuses on machine learning algorithms as a tool well suited for analyzing and recognizing online banking transactions. The study’s scientific novelty is the development of machine learning models for identifying fraudulent banking transactions and techniques for preprocessing bank data for further comparison and selection of the best results. This paper also details various methods for improving detection accuracy, i.e., handling highly imbalanced datasets, feature transformation, and feature engineering. The proposed model, which is based on an artificial neural network, effectively improves the accuracy of fraudulent transaction detection. The results of the different algorithms are visualized, and the logistic regression algorithm performs the best, with an output AUC value of approximately 0.946. The stacked generalization shows a better AUC of 0.954. The recognition of banking fraud using artificial intelligence algorithms is a topical issue in our digital society.

The article is devoted to the study of the impact of money laundering on the level of economic security of the state. The influence of legalization processes on the level of the shadow economy, foreign exchange, and monetary policy is analyzed. It has been established that corruption is one of the main sources of criminal income. The banking system also suffers losses from money laundering. The impact of illegal cash flows has a twofold effect: on the one hand, confidence in banking institutions is undermined, and on the other hand, regulatory mechanisms in the banking sector are violated. It is worth pointing out that it is incorrect to limit ourselves to disclosing only the consequences of money laundering on the level of economic security. It is necessary to highlight the factors that cause the spread of legalization processes. Corruption is one such factor. Consequently, effective counteraction to the process of shadowing the country's economy and transforming it into a legal one will guarantee the economic security of Ukraine, its independence, true sovereignty, progressive socio-economic development, and contribute to the development of domestic entrepreneurship. The legalization of proceeds from crime is a significant threat to the development of the financial sector of the economy, and, consequently, a threat to the economic security of the state. In addition to the negative moral impact, legalization contributes to the spread of shadow economic processes, reduces the revenue side of the budget, affects the value of the national currency, and reduces the efficiency of legal business.

The article analyzes the trends of the modern world, which involve changes in the concepts of economic development of modern society. Such changes require the adaptation of management decisions to new business conditions. In this regard, the need to find new management methods in enterprises that will allow developing and ensuring a high level of economic security. The features of new leaders are defined and explained, what their management decisions should be based on, how they should build relationships in the team and organize work under the influence of a number of new challenges and threats that pose a real danger to maintaining competitive positions and further profitable operation. The work is based on the comparison of traditional and modern management concepts in enterprises, taking into account innovative approaches and the need for the latest methods of motivation and organization of employees, promoting continuous training, empowerment for each employee and more.
