Assessment Low Back Pain and Sleep Quality among Pregnant Women: Cross Sectional Study

Abstract: During pregnancy there are physiological and psychological changes that can cause discomfort such as leg cramps, difficulty breathing, back pain, depression, anxiety and sleep disorders. The prevalence of low back pain is around 60-80% which can lead to strain on the ligaments and fatigue in the abdominal muscles, as well as balance disorders.
