Assessing Loss Event Frequencies of Smart Grid Cyber Threats: Encoding Flexibility into FAIR Using Bayesian Network Approach

Abstract: Accent is a soft biometric trait that can be inferred from pronunciation and articulation patterns characterizing the speaking style of an individual.
