Asiakaslähtöisyys tavoitteena työllistymistä edistävässä monialaisessa yhteispalvelussa

Abstract: Artikkelissa tarkastellaan asiakaslähtöisyyden ilmenemistä työllistymistä edistävässä monialaisessa ja lakisääteisessä TYP-yhteispalvelussa työntekijöiden kuvaamana. TYP-palvelussa tavoitellaan henkilö-kohtaista, kasvokkain tapahtuvaa palvelua ja asiakaslähtöisyyttä. Millä tavoin asiakaslähtöisyys ilmenee työntekijöiden kuvauksissa TYP-palvelun asiakastyössä?
