As Contribuições Do Estágio Supervisionado Na Formação Do Docente-Gestor Para a Educação Básica

Abstract

ResumoObjetiva-se discutir o potencial do Estágio Supervisionado em contribuir para uma formação do licenciando onde docência e gestão educacional sejam concebidas de forma integrada na construção da prática pedagógica escolar. A base empírica do estudo está na supervisão dos estágios em Gestão educacional entre 2007 e 2008. Discutem-se as origens e fundamentos da articulação docência e gestão na formação de professores no Brasil, apontando-se como referência teórica o modelo de gestão educacional emancipatória. Evidencia-se que essa articulação contribui na superação de uma visão fragmentada da prática pedagógica e propiciou o surgimento de novas temáticas a serem investigadas no que se refere à gestão pedagógico-curricular.Palavras-chave: Formação de professores. AbstractThe objective of the article is to discuss the potential of the Traineeship Supervised in contributing to a formation of licensing where teaching and education management are conceived in the form joined the construction of the pedagogic school practice. The empirical base of the study is in the supervision of the traineeships in education Management between 2007 and 2008. There are discussed the origins and bases of the articulation teaching and management in the teachers' formation in Brazil, beginning to appear like theoretical reference the model of education management whit democracy. Ahows up what this articulation contributes in the overcoming of a broken up vision of the pedagogic practice and it favored the appearance of new themes to be investigated in what it refers to the pedagogic-curriculum -management.
