Adequate storage is an important step for extending the useful life of the grains, and the supply branches are important in the dynamics of storage and redistribution CONAB, unit (Ua) Parnaíba, plays a fundamental role, enabling access to stocks for small farmers. Thus, the objective of this work was to monitor the dynamics of grain storage at CONAB -Parnaíba and their quality in the environmental conditions of the municipality. For this, information was collected such as: origin and classification of grains, temperature and humidity of the grains, made from sack sampling, the temperature of the warehouse obtained by thermometer, rainfall and the presence of pests and insects, rodents and impurities from the grains, observed from the sample. The study was carried out from April to June 2021, in two different blocks and piles. Both piles studied came from the state of Mato Grosso -MT. The grains were classified as: Semi-hard group, class: Yellow and type:03. The results showed that the higher the rainfall, the higher the moisture content was observed in the grains. The storage temperature varied with the influence of precipitation. The temperature of the grains is an indicator of an increase in the respiratory rate of the grains. The sack's humidity tends to rise with atmospheric humidity and to be lower in the smallest variations of atmospheric humidity. The incidence of insects was not observed, while the presence of rodents and impurities was recorded. Despite this, the occurrence levels were within the standards considered normal and the grains stored at Conab Ua Parnaíba, in the evaluated period, did not undergo changes in their physical and sanitary qualities.
