Ar socialinės išmokos mažina gyventojų skurdą? Poveikio lyginamoji analizė senosiose ir Rytų Europos šalyse

Abstract: [straipsnis ir santrauka lietuvių kalba; santrauka anglų kalba] Straipsnyje pateiktas socialinių išmokų poveikio skurdui mažinti dviejose ES šalių (senųjų ir Rytų Europos) grupėse tyrimas.
