“…We previously developed cuboid DNA microgels drug delivery systems with DNA as cross-linking agents which showed excellent biocompatibility and highly selective therapy efficacy for tumor sites. 38 In the present work, DNA not only serves as cross-linking agents for improving the biocompatibility but also takes the role as a valve to control the drugs release. The double-stranded oligonucleotide cross-linked magnetic microgel layers are used to realize magnetic targeting drug delivery by introducing the magnetic ionic liquids as the monomers.…”

“…This is attributed to the fact that testing in less aggressive environments such as deionized water might suppress the microgalvanic corrosion occurring between the bulk grain Mg and T-phase (Mg 7 Zn 3 RE) due to extra resistance. [44][45][46] Also there might be the negligible influence of corrosion products on galvanic corrosion behavior of galvanic samples tested in 0 M NaCl solution which is evident from the EDAX results of the same tabulated in the inset of Figure S1c. The corrosion rate tabulated in Table 1 and from Bode impedance plot tested in 0 M NaCl, Figure 5a, clearly shows that 4th pass galvanic sample exhibited the highest corrosion resistance in 0 M NaCl solution.…”
