Aptamer‐conjugated mesoporous polydopamine for docetaxel targeted delivery and synergistic photothermal therapy of prostate cancer

Abstract: Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancer among men and is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in more developed countries. 1 According to the clinical scenario of the patient, surgical or nonsurgical treatments are available as curative therapy concepts, such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, androgen deprivation therapy, and active surveillance.
