Applying a multi-criteria decision methodology in the implementation of tenders for the acquisition of the infrastructure of logistics systems

Abstract: The study begins by questions of the necessity of using tenders, then, continues detailing the implementation of tenders starting from the preparation of the call for offers up to making the final decision. Meanwhile, it elaborates the practical experiences of tenders for the acquisition of warehouse logistics systems.
