In this work, 31 lignans have been tentatively characterized, including compounds 16, 24-25, 28-30, 34-37, 42-47, 49-52, 54, 55, 57-65 (Brenes et al, 2000;Guo et al, 2007;Feng et al, 2007;Chai et al, 2012;Pi et al, 2016;He et al, 2018;Jia et al, 2019;Jiang et al, 2019;Qi et al, 2019). The most lignans in Eucommiae Cortex are phenylpropanoid dimers with one or two glucose units, which means a few of the MS 2 fragments followed by the loss of glucose neutral moiety.…”
