As a modern comprehensive information platform for integrated statistical analysis of express shipments information and for express shipments management decision-making, the express logistics track and trace system needs to use artificial intelligence (AI) technology and image processing technology to automatically extract the text content of express logistics documents. Existing express shipments information identification models usually have problems such as less-than-ideal performance in detecting single characters or small text regions of express logistics documents, high human resource cost for character-level markup, and low speed and accuracy of text recognition. In response, this paper studies the image-processing-based identification method of express logistics information. It presents a recognition process for pre-processing text images of express logistics documents, along with a detailed description of denoising, greyscaling and binarisation methods. While proposing an enhancement strategy for Chinese characters in the section of handwritten Chinese, this paper constructs a model for recognition of express shipping document texts based on bidirectional long-short term memory (LSTM) and attention mechanism. In this way, we fully mined key semantic information of express logistics document texts. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the constructed model.

In the modern post-covid period, against the background of the hostilities between Russia and Ukraine, the sanctions imposed by the West on Russia, the cancellation of the visa regime by the Russian Federation with Georgia and the restoration of air traffic allowed Russian citizens to enter European countries through Georgia, which further increased the transit attractiveness of Georgia. The study of the specifics of logistics systems management, the detection of existing problems in this field was on the agenda. The purpose of the research is to study the specifics of the transit-logistics corridor of Georgia, to study the challenges in this field and to search for ways to solve them. In this article, based on the review of various literary sources, the main issues of management of the logistics system of Georgia are analyzed. In this article, the methods of analysis, synthesis, collection and grouping of materials were used, on the basis of which the transit potential of Georgia was identified and the ways of its implementation were determined. As a result of the research, the factors hindering the sustainable development of the logistics system of Georgia were identified, the elimination of which will help to increase the competitiveness of the logistics system of Georgia and the qualification level of the personnel employed in them. In order to eliminate the challenges in the logistics systems of Georgia, we have developed recommendations, the consideration of which will significantly improve the management mechanism of modern logistics systems.

Purpose: The purpose of the present academic paper is to analyze the methods, principles and mechanism of legal regulation of social investment activity and to develop priority directions for improving the legislative framework aimed at increasing the effectiveness of investment attraction and achieving social and economic efficiency Theoretical framework: Conditions of instability require the development of social investment projects. From a legal point of view, it is necessary to reduce the administrative burden and tax pressure in the process of implementing social investment projects. This will allow for attracting investments at the global level and effectively using them at the national level for the purpose of economic development. In order to attract investors in the long term, it is necessary to reorient the tax system towards a liberal approach and optimize investment mechanisms. Design/methodology/approach: To achieve the goal set, the research was conducted by applying analysis, comparison, optimization, and modeling methods. Findings: The primary task is the analysis of social investment opportunities and the actualization of social investment information support, as well as the support of already existing social investment projects and programs. Improving the legal framework and introducing changes taking into account the instability of the external environment are separate directions of state regulation of social investment activities. Research, Practical & Social implications: One of the areas identified in the academic paper is the necessity of creating a comprehensive strategic plan for the legal regulation of social investment activity. Originality/value: This project will make it possible to implement effective legal mechanisms for regulating social investment activities, reduce the tax burden and contribute to ensuring the country’s investment attractiveness at the international level. As a result, the goal of increasing the inflow of investments and providing effective adjustment to the unstable external environment will be achieved.
