Application of Covalent Organic Porous Polymers-Functionalized Basalt Fibers for in-Tube Solid-Phase Microextraction

Abstract: To establish an online analytical method towards estrogenic pollutants, a covalent organic porous polymer (COP) was in-situ synthesized on the surface of basalt fibers (BFs) for in-tube solid-phase microextraction (IT-SPME). The extraction tube, obtained via placing the modified BFs into a polyetheretherketone tube, was combined with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to achieve online IT-SPME-HPLC analysis. The important parameters, including sampling volume, sampling rate, organic solvent content … Show more

“…On the other hand, vibrational modes typical of the formation of secondary amine groups appear on polymers, namely C-N bending (813 cm −1 ), C-N elongations of (-HN-C(R)-NH-) function (1153 cm −1 ), C-NAr elongations of secondary arylamine moieties (1342 cm −1 ), and N-H elongation band (centered at 3384-3393 cm −1 ), confirming their polyaminal structure. At 1542 cm −1 and 1475 cm −1 are also observed C=N vibration bands characteristic of the heteroaromatic triazine rings incorporated into the polymeric backbones [25,37,[39][40][41].…”

“…The absorption peaks at 1528.30 and 1432.03 cm -1 are attributed to C-N stretching vibration of the triazine ring, while the signal at 810.77 cm -1 belongs to C-N bending vibration. The band at 1022.85 cm -1 also corresponds to C-N stretching vibration [55,56]. FTIR spectrum of the green CDs showed a broad band at 3028.82-3461.43 cm −1 attributed to N-H and O-H Bovine serum albumin, HAuCl 4 , and Hg 2+ 18.9 ppb 63-1261 ppb 60 raw milk and milk powder CDs as turn-on fluorescent sensor [43] Triammonium citrate and Na 2 HPO 4 coupled to Hg 2+ 0.08 ppm 0.1-2.…”
