Apicoectomy for Periapical Lesion Treatment after Post Endodontic Failure on First Maxillary Premolar (Case Study)

Abstract: Introduction. Factors that cause failure of endodontic therapy include incomplete cleaning and shaping of root canals and unhermetic obturation.
