Apical stem culturing to enhance cell sap assimilates towards grain sucrose and glutamine metabolism in wheat

Abstract: Apical stem culturing offers an alternative approach of manipulating cell sap for wheat grain carbon and nitrogen metabolism in a near in vivo conditions.
