Emerging adulthood is characterized by instability on different life domains, as youths are still exploring their adult identities (Arnett, 2000), but this instability was exacerbated by health-emergency, prompting psychological distress (Bartel et al, 2020; Germani et al, 2020; McPhee et al, 2021).
