На сучасному етапі розвитку науки перед ученими постає багато питань у сфері медицини та фармації. Одне з найважливіших -дослідження та пошук нових шляхів синтезу високоефективних і малотоксичних речовин. Особливу зацікавленість викликають похідні 1,2,4-тріазолу. На їх основі створено лікарські препарати, що широко застосовуються в медицині.Мета роботи -синтез і дослідження властивостей солей 2-(5-(2-бромфеніл)-4-аміно-4Н-1,2,4-тріазол-3-ілтіо)ацетатної кислоти.Методи та результати. Як вихідні речовини обрали 2-бромбензойну кислоту, з якої через низку послідовних стадій отримали 2-(5-(2-бромфеніл)-4-аміно-4Н-1,2,4-тріазол-3-тіо)оцтову кислоту. Реакцією нейтралізації отримали солі з органічними та неор-ганічними основами. Дослідили фізико-хімічні властивості отриманих сполук. Будова речовин підтверджена за допомогою еле-ментного аналізу на приладі Elementar Vario L cube (CHNS), ІЧ-спектри (4000-400 см -1 ) знято на модулі ALPHA-Т спектрометра Bruker ALPHA FT-ІR.1 H ЯМР спектри сполук записані за допомогою спектрометра Varian Mercury VX 200 (розчинник -ДМСО-d 6 , внутрішній стандарт -тетраметилсилан). Утворення солей підтверджено сигналами відповідних протонованих амінів. Хрома-то-мас-спектральні дослідження виконали на приладі LC MS: Agilent 1260 Infinity HPLC System, спосіб іонізації -хімічна іонізація при атмосферному тиску (APCI).Висновки. Взаємодією отриманого тіону з кислотою монохлорацетатною у водному розчині подвійної кількості лугу з наступною нейтралізацією отримали відповідну карбонову кислоту. Підтверджено, що найбільші виходи солей як продуктів реакції спостері-гали при використанні як розчинника води, котру надалі замінювали на ацетон. Встановили оптимальні умови отримання солей 2-(5-(2-бромфеніл)-4-R-4Н-1,2,4-тріазол-3-ілтіо)ацетатної кислоти з неорганічними та органічними основами. На их основе созданы лекарственные препараты, которые широко применяются в медицине.Цель работы -синтез и исследование свойств солей 2-(5-(2-бромфенил)-4-амино-4Н-1,2,4-триазол-3-илтио)уксусной кислоты.Методы и результаты. В качестве исходного вещества использовали 2-бромбензойную кислоту, из которой через ряд после-довательных стадий получен 5-(2-бромфенил)-4-амино-4Н-1,2,4-триазол-3-тион. Реакцией нейтрализации получены соли с органическими и неорганическими основаниями. Исследованы физико-химические свойства полученных соединений. Naphthoquinones have been reported to possess a variety of pharmacological properties including antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, anti-artherosclerotic and anticancer effects. We have successfully synthesized a series of novel naphthoquinone acylhydrazides. The straightforward synthesis of these molecules involves a coupling reaction between 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone and several alkyl and aromatic hydrazides and the hydrazides of the pyrimidine nucleobases, uracil and thymine. The product hydrazides were isolated in good yields and completely characterized by spectroscopic analysis. Biological evaluation against human colon cancer HCT116 cells and human breast cancer MCF-7 cells indicated that the novel hydrazides possessed significant anticancer activity.
