Antioxidative Activity of Cornus officianalis Extracts Obtained by Four Different Extraction Techniques

Abstract: Oxidative stress leads to damage in all components of the cell, including proteins, lipids, and DNA due to imbalance between reactive oxygen species production and cellular detoxification.
