Antioxidant Properties of Indigenous Raw and Fermented Salad Plants

Abstract: This study evaluates the antioxidant potential of selected plant species by assessing three parameters: antioxidant inhibition of hydrogen peroxide induced hemolysis, free radical scavenging activity and presence of superoxide dismutase activity.
