“…The side effects of oral administration of drugs have led us to investigate the possibility of encapsulating DLF in a polymeric drug delivery system based on PAN nanofibers which can be produced cheaply and having high applicability to be employed for transdermal delivery of drugs on the wound site. Besides, the polymer selection was based upon the high drug loading capacity, good mechanical strength, and prolong release characteristics [33]. The present work describes the preparation of antibacterial DLF loaded nanofibers using PAN as the filament-forming matrix, aimed for transdermal delivery.…”

“…Preserving, storing, and maintaining the biologically active materials in the ber offer various advantages in the agricultural research. Encapsulation of bacteria in electrospun PVA nano bre extended the shelf life period and survivability for three months without further loss (Semnani et al 2018). Damasceno et al (2013) demonstrated the successful rhizobial encapsulation in PVA electrospun nano bre to protect the microbes and increase the shelf-life besides improved germination, seedling emergence, number of root nodules, plant biomass and growth in soybean seeds invigorated with rhizobium loaded nano bres.…”
