Abstract: SummaryRecently, we demonstrated that intratracheal transplantation of human umbilical cord blood‐ derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) attenuates Escherichia (E) coli‐ induced acute lung injury primarily by down‐ modulating inflammation and enhancing bacterial clearance iQn mice.
