“…[29] The mixture was mixed thoroughly and the garlic-water mixture was enzymatically digested in a water bath at 50 °C. [18] Vapor Distillation of GEO Garlic bulbs (5 kg) were mixed with ionized water (2 L) and blended using a wall breaker for three minutes to obtain garlic paste. The paste was then transferred to a reaction vessel as shown on the left side of Figure S1 and diluted with eight liters of deionized water.…”

“…This study aimed to describe a method for enzymatic hydrolysis of garlic water to propose an efficient method of essential oil extraction and to investigate that garlic oil and its major components can be used for ecologically friendly control of phytopathogenic fungal infestations to achieve the goal of clean, green and safe agriculture. [17] The process of isolating GEO involved distillation, [18] and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was utilized to identify the compounds present in the oil, and the primary chemical constituents were isolated by means of vacuum fractionation equipment. In this study, the antifungal activity of garlic essential oil (GEO) was evaluated through in vitro antifungal assays, the antifungal effects were elucidated by structure-activity relationship analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation, in vivo experiments, and cellular leakage to explore the potential mechanism of inhibitory effects.…”

“…The emergence of HTÀ Ag hybrid material has helped discover many applications in life such as resistance to harmful microorganisms such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, antibiotic resistance bacteria, etc. [23][24][25][26]31] At the same time, it is applied in catalysis and adsorption to speed up the oxidation and decomposition of toxic organic substances. [27][28][29][30] Up to now, the deep investigation related to the antibacterial ability of green synthesis HTÀ Ag, especially, against antibiotic resistance bacteria has still been limited in reports.…”
