Abstract

The article provides an overview of drugs for use in dental practice. The issue of diseases of the oral mucosa remains relevant at the present time. There are various methods and drugs for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity. The purpose of this work was to study the current state of research in the development of the composition and technology of external soft dosage forms. In this regard, the promising area are phytocompositions that have been used successfully for a long time. However, currently, the drug Tizol, an aquacomplex of titanium glycerosolvate, is of great interest, which, in addition to positive characteristics, has certain properties of a penetrator, which is very important when used in dentistry.
