Antegrade percutaneous endopyelotomy

Abstract: Ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) is a well-known pathologic condition with several potential associated urologic complications. The treatment for UPJO has evolved dramatically during the past two decades with the advent of minimally invasive treatment options.
