The purpose of this paper is to highlight the application of TQM in primary education (PE) by exploring teachers’ views and, more specifically, by examining the impact of their demographic data on their attitude towards TQM. A study was conducted among teachers in Greek public primary schools with the aim being to investigate their views on seven TQM parameters. The study used a structured questionnaire that was positively evaluated for validity and reliability. In total, 2088 completed questionnaires were collected, and non-parametric tests were employed. The results reveal statistically significant differences among groups of respondents based on gender, job–position, educational level, age, and years of experience in PE, as well as geographical location of the school. The study provides real-time empirical evidence of TQM in PE, enriching the existing literature, which lacks empirical and validated data from the PE level. The data revealed by the study indicate differences in perception of the TQM concept and its application among the participants, and their response should be further analysed to explore the reasons that generate them and, thus, facilitate the initiation of TQM practices within a PE school environment.

Leaders who have a strong spirit and are creative, innovative and skilled are needed by one-roof schools, especially in realizing ideal curriculums and learning methods. The aim of this study is to describe the efforts of school principals in creating an ideal curriculum and the optimal method of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. It uses a qualitative approach with a multisite study research design. The location of this research is three one-roof schools in the Bondowoso Regency. Data collection was carried out by unstructured, in-depth, group interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The validity of the data was checked using data triangulation, member checks, discussions among members, and adequacy of reference materials. The data was analyzed using reduction analysis, presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. Cross-site data analysis was carried out on a constant comparative basis. The results revealed that school principals employ varying strategies to achieve ideal learning, influenced by factors such as students, teachers, infrastructure, and local community conditions. The results also show that in order to realize an ideal curriculum and learning in one-roof schools, it is necessary to compile and implement learning in accordance with the conditions and readiness of students by including local knowledge and highlighting the principle of partnership with the community. This research offers practical guidance for policy makers and the school community in realizing ideal curriculums and learning methods, especially for schools in remote areas.

In the current era, innovation is really needed by teachers to optimize learning success, where they can utilize ICT and can organize game-based learning. The aim of this community service activity is to increase teacher creativity in learning and improve teacher skills in designing and implementing game-based learning in the classroom. In order to achieve the objectives of community service activities, a training approach is used, with four main stages, namely introduction, training, evaluation and providing feedback. The evaluation was carried out using a quantitative approach, using descriptive data analysis techniques and the Wilcoxon test. Based on evaluation and reflection on activities, it shows that teacher training was declared effective, there was an increase in teacher skills before and after the research was carried out. Teachers are also motivated to implement the material taught in the learning process
