Abstract:Resumen El ángulo óptimo se refiere a la posición articular en la que se produce el pico máximo de momento de fuerza, dentro de la curva ángulo-momento articular. Este parámetro puede utilizarse para estimar las modificaciones en la curva fuerza-longitud de un grupo muscular. El ángulo óptimo puede ser obtenido a partir de medidas en tests isométricos o dinámicos, y esto debe ser tenido en cuenta a la hora de establecer comparaciones.
