Angular distribution of L characteristic X-ray emission from Au target impacted by photons

Abstract:
The vacancy can be produced through impact ionization of target atom by energetic particles. It is of significant importance to study the vacancy state by the measurement of angular distribution of typical X-rays. At present, accurate ionization cross-section data of the atomic inner shell are urgently required in many areas. However, the precise measurement of ionization cross-section of the atomic inner shell is largely dependent on the fact that whether the characteristic radiation (e.g., X-ray) … Show more

“…Misliya-1 considerably pushes back the timing of the earliest migration of members of the H. sapiens clade out of Africa, well predating Qafzeh and Skhul in the Levant, and Daoxian and Liujiang in China [( 8) and ( 27); but see (28)].…”

“…As a result, the physical cycling of either thermoplastic or vitrimer is accompanied by a certain diminishing in properties. 37 We further explored whether RE-PHUs could be depolymerized, and attempted to collect resveratrol-functionalized monomers using a simple isolation operation. As shown in Fig.…”

“…[5,6] Among them, HHG has attracted intense research interest, due to its potential applications as tabletop coherent radiation source in the extreme ultraviolet (XUV) and soft x-ray regions, [7] as well as attosecond pulses. [8][9][10][11][12] HHG facilitates measurements that could resolve electronic structure [13,14] and dynamic processes [15,16] on sub-femtosecond time scale and with sub-nanometer spatial resolution.…”
