Angiosarcoma developing after curative induction chemotherapy and radiotherapy for locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx

Abstract: This rare therapy-related second malignancy developed after curative larynx-preserving treatment. Paclitaxel was an effective therapy in this setting.
