“…In this case, the mass was compressing the right atrium and precipitated atrial flutter, a previously undocumented presentation of a SVG aneurysm. There have been previous reports of these masses being misinterpreted on CT as solid masses [5,6]. As demonstrated in this case, these aneurysms can grow to a huge size, which can cause some uncertainty in diagnosis.…”

“…In most cases, the diagnosis will be confirmed by selective coronary graft arteriography, although it has been proven that computed tomography (CT) can easily demonstrate these lesions [5,6]. A prior report suggests that MRI can demonstrate the wall and patent lumen of vein graft aneurysms, although the technique utilized was primitive and failed to demonstrate the relationship of the aneurysm to the proximal and distal vein graft limbs [7]. Furthermore, it has been shown that gradient-echo and segmented k-space cine MRI techniques, such as the ones used in our case, are sensitive and specific for proving coronary artery graft patency unless a large number of vascular clips have been placed along the graft [8].…”
