Anesthetic Management of a Patient with a Giant Pericardial Cyst Compressing the Right Atrium

Abstract: Pericardial cysts are rare mediastinal cysts composed of a single fluid-filled mesothelial layer and can be congenital in origin or develop secondary to pericarditis, trauma, or infection.
