Pulmonary dysfunction is a widespread issue, particularly in developing nations. It encompasses restrictive, obstructive, and mixed pulmonary function disorders that lead to a decrease in vital lung capacity, an increase in functional residual capacity, and a decline in blood oxygen concentration and saturation. This study aims to combine oximetry and spirometry into a single device, using the Internet of Things (IoT) technology to display results via a smartphone app. The focus is on analyzing oxygen saturation, with normal levels ranging from 96% to 100% in adults, alongside a heart rate of 60-100 beats per minute. The MAX30102 sensor measures oxygen saturation, and the Arduino Pro Mini and D1 Mini ESP32 microcontrollers process data. The Android-based app, developed using Kodular platform, integrates a MySQL database and connects to the device module via Wi-Fi. Ten respondents underwent five measurements, revealing an average error of ±0.88% for oxygen saturation (SpO2) and ±2.82% for heart rate measurements. The average data loss rate during transmission was ±0.66% for SpO2 and ±0.89% for heart rate. These findings highlight existing errors in the module. The research aims to facilitate remote health monitoring for healthcare professionals, improving accessibility and healthcare provision.

Reading activity can be carried out by utilizing various media such as textbooks, digital books, and applications. This study aims to investigate how are the design and validity of local-wisdom-based reading application which is developed using Adobe Animate CC 2022 apps. This study is a stage in developmental research. Research samples are 270 students. The data in designing and validating the application is collected using observation, interview, and questionnaire techniques. It is analyzed using content analysis which is validated using Aiken’s V index. Results of this study in designing and validating a reading app are started from the first step of finding problems. There are three main problems in teaching early reading. The second step is to compile and distribute questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of five questions to investigate students’ needs. The third step is to develop the design and prototype of local-wisdom-based early reading apps which implements Adobe Animate CC 2022 Apps. The fourth step is to conduct evaluation. It involves two material experts of early reading and two learning media experts. Validators’ suggestions have been used to improve the developed application. The conclusion of this study is that the materials of early reading application implement Indonesian local wisdoms which have not implemented in other reading applications.

This study aimed to develop teaching material of academic writing skill using mobile learning. The innovation of this study was the teaching material of academic writing skill in form of application which could be easily installed on smartphones. This study implemented R&D method level 4 which includes 162 students and 7 lecturers. The techniques used in this study to collect data were tests, questionnaires, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD). To design this teaching material, the researchers needed strategies that were started from the stages of 1) research, 2) designing product, and 3) development. Data was analyzed using Lilliefors technique. This study concluded that in the stage of research, students and lecturers needed mobile learning-assisted academic teaching materials in the form of application. The second stage was designing the product. In this stage, the design of the product was created in a storyboard, which was divided into scenes. Furthermore, design validation was carried out by material and media experts. It needed to revise the design. The third stage was developing. In this stage, the product was created using the Kodular website. Furthermore, it needed to conduct trials and revisions of product. The last step was conducting dissemination.
