Abstract: Glucocorticoids are frequently used in clinical anaesthesiology and intensive care because of their antiallergic, antiinflammatory and antioedematous properties and anaphylactic reactions are rare. We report on a 62-year-old asthmatic patient with evidence of aspirin sensitivity.
