Analytik plasmalogenhaltiger Phosphatide aus Herzgewebe mittels extracellulärer Phospholipase A2

Abstract: Die Positionsisomerie von Fettsauren in Phosphatidylcholin (PC) und Phosphatidylethanolamin (PE) von Membranen aus Schweineherz und Meerschweinchenherz wurde untersucht und das Phosphatidmuster erstellt. Zur spezifischen Freisetzung von Fettsauren aus sn-2 Position wurde Phospholipase A2 aus Schlangengift eingesetzt. Vor der A2-Spaltung wurden die membranstandigen Phospholipide mit ''C-Palrnitin-bzw.
