Since December 2019, a new virus, called the Corona Virus Disease-2019 (COVID-19), triggers pneumonia outbreak from Wuhan across China, which now poses major health threats to public health. According to the World Health Organization, the death rate of this virus has been 3.4%. Hospitals are the most important element of the health care system during an outbreak like COVID 19. The main goal of hospitals is to provide high quality care to patients and meet their needs and expectations during an outbreak like COVID 19. The hospital must provide high quality services to meet patients' needs. Expectations are therefore one of the most important determinants of patients' or their families' evaluation of service quality, and accurate understanding of customer expectations is the most important step in defining and delivering high quality services. In this study, using the FAHP-PROMETHEE hybrid approach, we will rate hospitals in Sari city of Iran in terms of patient satisfaction during the outbreak of COVID 19. Therefore, first, patient satisfaction factors are identified under normal conditions and then patient satisfaction factors are identified during the outbreak of COVID 19 and hospitals are ranked under normal conditions and during the outbreak of COVID 19 using FAHP-PROMETHEE approach.

Analysis of the Impact of China’s Hierarchical Medical System and Online Appointment Diagnosis System on the Sustainable Development of Public Health: A Case Study of Shanghai

In the study of the sustainable development of public health in China, academic circles have little to do with the unique hierarchical medical system and online appointment diagnosis system in China's medical system. Therefore, based on the medical situation in Shanghai, China, in addition to the traditional dimension of medical expenses, this paper fully considers the impact of the current hierarchical medical policy, constructs a selection model for medical treatment behavior under the hierarchical medical system and online appointment diagnosis system, and carries out simulation analysis through the cellular automata grid dynamic model. This paper finds that the time-cost-oriented medical treatment behavior of Chinese patients will have different distribution under the current hierarchical medical system and online appointment diagnosis system. (1) When the medical treatment system neither allows online appointment nor referral, a large number of patients congregated in high-grade hospitals, with the most unreasonable distribution. (2) With the implementation of the system of allowing referral and online appointment, patients are gradually diverted to lower-grade hospitals or off-peak hours, and the distribution is relatively improved.(3) If the medical treatment system allows both referral and online appointment, the distribution of patients is the most reasonable. Therefore, China's current hierarchical medical system and online appointment diagnosis system will, to a considerable extent, become a policy tool that affects patients' choice of hospitals and an effective means to achieve the rational allocation of existing medical resources, which will play an important role in the sustainable development of public health in China.

Optimization and Evaluation of Ventilation Mode in Marine Data Center Based on AHP-Entropy Weight

The ventilation mode affects the cooling efficiency of the air conditioners significantly in marine data centers. Three different ventilation modes, namely, underfloor ventilation, overhead ventilation, side ventilation, are numerically investigated for a typical marine data center. Four independent parameters, including temperature, velocity, air age, and uniformity index, are applied to evaluate the performances of the three ventilation modes. Further, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) entropy weight model is established and further analysis is conducted to find the optimal ventilation mode of the marine data center. The results indicate that the underfloor ventilation mode has the best performance in the airflow patterns and temperature distribution evaluation projects, with the highest scores of 91.84 and 90.60. If low energy consumption is required, it is recommended to select the overhead ventilation mode with a maximum score of 93.50. The current evaluation results agree fairly well with the three dimensional simulation results, which further proves that the AHP entropy weight method is reasonable and has a high adaptability for the evaluation of air conditioning ventilation modes.
