Analysis of Wellbeing in Nongovernmental Organizations’ Workplace in a Developed Area Context

Abstract: An extremely useful theoretical approach to understanding the nature of work, health, and wellbeing is the job demand–control (JDC) model and the job demand–control–support (JDCS) model.
