Millennials have different characteristics from other generations. This generation interacts earlier with devices and information & communication technology at a very young age. On the other hand, the millennial generation is also known as a generation that tends to be more pragmatic in life. The current millennial generation, especially those in high school is the generation that will be the next leaders in the next 20 years. The development of technology that is very dynamic and fast at this time really changes many things, including employment opportunities for the younger generation. The seminar entitled “accounting and taxation for the millennial generation in facing Era 5.0” aims to provide knowledge and awareness about the importance of accounting and taxation in the future. This seminar was carried out with two approaches: face-to-face, and also relay through the youtube channel. The seminar participants consisted of teachers and students of SMK accounting programs in Tangerang City. There were 60 participants who attended directly, while around 100 participants who followed through the YouTube channel. The seminar activity is divided into three lecture sessions, and a question and answer session. Generasi milenial memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengan generasi lainnya. Generasi ini lebih cepat berinteraksi dengan gawai dan teknologi informasi & komunikasi di usia yang sangat muda. Di sisi lain, generasi milenial juga dikenal sebagai generasi yang cenderung lebih pragmatis dalam menjalani kehidupan. Generasi milenial saat ini khususnya yang duduk di bangku SLTA (sekolah lanjutan tingkat atas) merupakan generasi yang akan memimpin Indonesia dalam waktu 20 tahun mendatang. Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat dinamis dan cepat saat ini sungguh mengubah banyak hal, termasuk lapangan pekerjaan bagi generasi muda. Seminar dengan tema akuntansi dan perpajakan untuk generasi milenial dalam menghadapi Era 5.0 bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya akuntansi dan perpajakan di masa depan. Seminar ini dilaksanakan dengan dua pendekatan yaitu secara tatap muka langsung, dan juga relay melalui kanal youtube. Peserta seminar terdiri dari guru pendamping dan siswa/siswi SMK program akuntansi di Kota Tangerang. Peserta yang hadir secara langsung sebanyak 60 orang, sedangkan peserta yang mengikuti melalui kanal youtube sekira 100 orang. Kegiatan seminar dibagi menjadi tiga sesi materi dan satu sesi tanya jawab.

Ever-developing science and technology require us always to be ready to adapt. The current challenging era is Society 5.0, which places a strong emphasis on harnessing human potential to overcome diverse challenges, including the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Therefore, to improve the quality of human resources, this paper proposes the development of an artificial intelligence training kit based on embedded systems according to industry needs. The development of a training kit utilizing the RnD method was accomplished through the use of the ADDIE (analysis design, development, implementation, and evaluation) model. This model encompasses analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The technology of the training kit combines fuzzy logic, Artificial Neural Network (ANN), and image processing, consisting of hardware, software, and job sheets. The controller used to process embedded systems is the ESP32 board. Arduino UNO is used to execute the training results of the artificial intelligence system. The training kit performance test results show that all AI programs run optimally, and each component can function according to performance indicators. A group of subject matter and media experts evaluated the feasibility of the project and determined it to be very feasible, with a score of 83.64% and 86.67%. In addition, a feasibility test was conducted with 38 respondents, resulting in a score of 83.35%, and it was categorized as a very feasible tool. The effectiveness of the training kit applied to the experimental class resulted in a post-test mean score of 89.58, while the control class mean score was 76.39, so the AI training kit showed more effectiveness.

The challenges of the 21st century require students to be responsive to advances in science and technology. Students need to prepare 21st century skills known as 4C (Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaborative, and Creativity). So that in learning there needs to be integration of 21st century skills combined with thematic learning. This study aims to analyse the integration of 21st century skills in thematic learning in elementary schools. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were teachers and third grade students. Data collection techniques are using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity technique used is triangulation. The data obtained will be analysed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the integration of 21st century skills in thematic learning are shown through the activities carried out during learning. 21st century skills are integrated through discussion activities, solving problems that require high-order thinking skills, conveying arguments, and the ability to think with creative, innovative, and imaginative ideas. Through these learning activities, it can be concluded that the integration of 21st century skills in thematic learning is able to increase student activity in learning, increase potential, develop student skills, develop soft skill and hard skill competencies possessed by students in mastering thematic learning at school.
