Analysis of training effectiveness from the perspective of managers and employees in the Colombian hospitality industry

Abstract: Purpose The literature has defined different indicators of training effectiveness. At the performance indicator level of analysis, training effectiveness measures the impact of training on knowledge, skills and job performance.
